On a family holiday in the North of England we took our kids to Hadrian’s wall. While the kids ran around I was lying on the wall when a message popped up on Facebook. It was a Facebook sales enquiry for a client.. We were running a promotion for them and the person had a query about the product. I simply emailed our client, got a price, replied to the message and they placed an order on the website. It took less than 10 minutes lying on Hadrian’s Wall to help make that sale. That’s the power of social media. From post to sale, quick and easy for the customer and our client didn’t have to do anything.
