Having a good reputation and credibility as a business has always been vital to your success. However, the game changer has been two-fold. Firstly our ability to check and find out about a business online and secondly the increase in online fraud. As customers we are increasingly sophisticated when it comes to researching before we buy, educating ourselves about the product and then checking the credibility and background of that company. 

The result is that in order to attract high value customers you have to continually work to increase your credibility.

How to increase your credibility and attract high value customers

  • Keep asking for and collecting testimonials from happy customers.
  • Get them to post these on third party platforms such as Google, TrustPilot, your social media platform of choice.
  • Get active on social media - customers looking at your socials went up significantly since the pandemic.
  • Keep producing and adding case studies to your website. Showcase your work, projects and products.
